Job Summary:
Ventum Financial Corp. is an independent, full service investment dealer with offices across Canada. We are looking for an energetic individual with strong organizational skills to join our self-clearing Operations team. Reporting to the Team Leader, Mutual Fund & GIC Settlements, the Mutual Fund Administrator will be primarily responsible for assisting the team in their day-to-day administration of mutual fund and GIC settlements, and additional duties as required. The role requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who is willing to learn and grow within the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Daily settlement of mutual fund transactions through FundSERV (primary duty)
- Daily settlement of GIC transactions through CANNEX (secondary back-up duties)
- Mutual fund position reconciliation
- GIC position reconciliation
- Non-financial updates
- Administrative tasks as required such as scanning and filing.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-3 years experience in a self-clearing dealer
- Experience with Broadridge’s Dataphile an asset
- Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks concurrently to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
