**We are currently hiring for the following positions**:
**1. Earthworks & Excavation Labourers**:

- Responsibilities:_
- Assist with digging, trenching, grading, and other excavation-related tasks
- Move, load, and unload materials as required
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed
- Ensure site safety and clean-up procedures are followed
- Work alongside equipment operators and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Qualifications:_
- Previous experience in earthworks or excavation is an asset, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

**2. Equipment Operators**:

- Responsibilities:_
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and bulldozers
- Experience in water, sewer, Foundation excavation is an ASSET
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery
- Work alongside labourers to ensure proper execution of excavation and earthwork tasks
- Ensure adherence to safety standards on job sites
- Assist in other tasks as needed
- Asset for class 3 license
- Qualifications:_
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery
- Strong understanding of site safety and equipment operations
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

**3. Lawn Care Personnel**:

- Responsibilities:_
- Mow, trim, and maintain lawns for residential and commercial clients
- Perform general lawn care tasks such as aerating, overseeding, and edging
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly
- Interact with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Qualifications:_
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment
- Knowledge of different types of grass, plants, and lawn maintenance techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

**4. Landscape Labourers**:

- Responsibilities:_
- Assist in landscaping tasks including planting, mulching, sod laying, and hardscaping
- Move materials such as soil, rocks, and plants to designated areas
- Use landscaping tools and machinery as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work with the team to ensure quality landscaping projects are completed on time
- Qualifications:_
- Previous landscaping experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Familiarity with various landscaping tools and machinery
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

**General Requirements for All Positions**:

- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $21.27-$34.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (preferred)
