**Role Overview**:
SecondShop is seeking a **Customer Support Representative** to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth and efficient customer support operations. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring a seamless customer journey by resolving inquiries, helping to facilitate timely and efficient order delivery, and executing post-purchase follow-up processes that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a high standard of phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with order processing, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilise analysis skills to assess customer feedback and implement improvements where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both French and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
