**Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Manager, Investment Operations** to join our client’s team in the digital asset management space. This role combines traditional financial expertise with cutting-edge cryptocurrency trading and investment strategies, offering a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of digital asset management.
As the Manager, Investment Operations, you will oversee critical aspects of trading, custody, and fund accounting cycles. Your responsibilities will include ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining accurate fund performance tracking, managing service providers, and supporting the development and launch of new financial products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track and analyze fund performance by monitoring NAV and comparing it to market levels.
- Reconcile daily fund activities, including cash, trades, settlements, and investor transactions.
- Ensure the accuracy of fund NAV, resolve accounting discrepancies, and process investor-related transactions.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, including brokers, custodians, and administrators.
- Provide internal support for regulatory responses and preparation of legal documentation.
- Assist with the launch of new financial products and investment strategies.
- Participate in trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives, including options and futures.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trading signals and improve investment strategies.
- Monitor cryptocurrency spot and derivative markets using APIs and automation tools.
- Calculate profit and loss, perform valuations, and review trade capture for accuracy.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial instruments.
- Proficiency in Python and experience working with APIs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent research and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology (Bitcoin, Ethereum) is highly valued.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
