*Job Overview*
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and maintaining new customers. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who excels in a results-only sales environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential areas for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and update customer information
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide leadership in coordinating sales efforts with team members
- Manage newly acquired accounts and provide exceptional account management services
*Experience*
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Experience in the fire prevention industry is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving sales initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment
Pay: $33,750.00-$140,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
