ESTABLISHED RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative in the Construction and Renovation Space to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and acquiring new clients. Your responsibilities will include taking measurements, creating plan sketches, providing rough estimates, and securing client deposits.
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct on-site visits to take accurate measurements and assess project requirements.
Create rough plan sketches using software or traditional drafting methods.
Provide clients with rough estimates based on project specifications, materials, and labor costs.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and address client concerns.
Collaborate with the team with the information collected to create a detailed estimate.
Negotiate contract terms, timelines, and pricing to secure client deposits.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate referrals for new business opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as in Construction/Renovation Sales or in a similar sales role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and building codes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to accurately take measurements and create plan sketches.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
