**ACTIVE GREEN + ROSS** is currently hiring an Automotive Service Advisor for its **Rexdale **location.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with outstanding customer service skills to join the automotive service team at **ACTIVE GREEN + ROSS.**

We are a full service automotive and tire facility servicing most makes and models located in Rexdale.

As a key member of the service team, you are a primary contact for our customers - you promote and ensure a high level of customer service focusing on forging new customer relations, managing existing relationships, and building loyalty by providing quality unsurpassed customer experiences. You will use your automotive service and technical expertise to assist clients with understanding their vehicle maintenance and repair requirements. _**The customer experience is our first priority**_

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Schedule service for customers either in person or on the phone to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems
- Greet customers promptly and handle all inquiries
- Provide customers with explanations and pricing for technical repairs required on their vehicles based on dealer and manufacturer
- Recommend preventative maintenance services
- Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Comply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
- Demonstrate professional behavior and ability to work team in a fast-paced environment

**REQUIREMENTS**

**MUST HAVE previous experience in an Automotive Service Center or Automotive Dealership.**
- Hold a current full clean driving license
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical automotive information in a simple manner
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to negotiate and sell automotive service
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Must have attention to detail
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Leadership abilities - Management abilities
- Must have exceptional computer skills
- Automotive workshop process and automotive product knowledge
