The Scheduling Coordinator will assist with the oversite and maintenance of all job schedules, field crews, and the integration of data between back office and scheduling systems. The Coordinator also manages equipment inventory, and maintains an active equipment tracking solution.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all construction scheduling for Company and Contract crews;
- Provide project planning and scheduling control activities for end-to-end development of the construction schedule;
- Create and revise preliminary schedules for Operations which details the sequence of all work to be performed prior to project start date;
- Maintain and revise summary and detailed schedules for ongoing project reporting and other program management needs;
- Assist Project Managers in creating job schedules, and monitor such schedules to determine impact on timelines;
- Ensure schedules correlate with client expectations and timelines;
- Creates and communicates 2-week/one month look-ahead schedules for all active projects;
- Maintain an active warehouse equipment list, and monitor all equipment coming into, and going out of, the warehouse.
- Ensure that equipment is effectively tracked, so that no equipment is ever left behind on jobs, or lost anywhere else.
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

**Education and Experience**
- A minimum of 5 years of direct working experience within property damage restoration industry
- IICRC Certified - WRT, FSRT, AMRT an asset
- Excellent working knowledge of insurance industry
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal oriented, strong values

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
