Maintenance Handyman/woman

We offer full maintenance and apartment turn overs to a landlords and Property Managers in the city and the surrounding area. I am looking for someone that is interested in full time 40 hours per week depending on your skill set and/or willingness to learn. We have routine tasks to be completed as well as work orders submitted by the tenants. We commonly do drywall repair and painting. Also minor plumbing Electrical and cleaning. We do finish and rough carpentry and flooring. Anything that may come up at a multi unit building.

We also do renovations at other various customer sites. We are looking for someone that is a self starter and problem solver. Someone that can work reliably alone or as part of a team. Although we consider everyone we hire to be a generalist, we would be interested in anyone to that show a preference for one specific trade or two.

Please submit your resume outlining your experience in building maintenance or just an all around handyman. Please have experience. Wages are variable based on experience.

We do require you to have a drivers license and reliable transportation to get to various sites around the city

A clear criminal background check will be require within 30 days of hire.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
