**THE ROLE**

Are you the analytical type who makes decisions based on logic and supporting data? We’re looking for a Digital Platform Advisor who’s organized and detail oriented, with a razor-sharp sense of aesthetics. Your experience in e-commerce and your meticulous approach will position you to lead the optimization and development of our transactional site. Forming a dynamic duo with our Relationship Marketing Specialist, you’ll promote our brands online and ensure we’re offering a high-quality user experience throughout Germain Hotels' digital ecosystem.

**WHAT WE HOPE YOU CAN BRING**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- University degree in marketing, e-commerce or other relevant field.
- Knowledge of software used in the hotel industry a strong asset.
- Ability to present information in simple terms, communicate and work in a team.
- Organization, an analytical mind, and proactivity.
- Attention to details and aesthetics.
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
- Interest in the fields of hospitality, gastronomy, and tourism.

**WHAT YOU’D DO**
- Maintain and develop Germain Hôtels’ digital ecosystem to deliver a high-quality user experience for our customers, and to improve the conversion rate of our transactional website.
- Select and implement various digital tools according to the needs of the company.
- Continuously analyze data from our digital platforms and tools in order to optimize our strategies.
