Digital performance marketing Team Lead

## What we're looking forWe are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Team Lead to round out our team and meet growing demand. We offer services in digital strategy, online customer acquisition, conversion and retention, as well as data visualization.You will be the voice of management and organization for both your team and the various projects.If organization is your religion⦠we definitely have a place for you on our team## Job Tasks and Responsibilities* Manage a digital marketing team day to day.* Plan and estimate execution work and required resources.* Define project budgets and risks.* Manage client relationships and expectations throughout engagements.* Communicate project status to all stakeholders (internal and external).* Organize client meetings (kickoff, touchpoints, monthly status updates, etc.).* Deliver mandates on time and ensure profitability against objectives and timelines.* Stay current with technology and web trends.## Required Qualifications and Characteristics* 5 to 10 years of project management experience.* Strong knowledge of social media.* Solid understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google ad platforms.* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.* Knowledge of Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, LeadFox (asset).* AdWords, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint certifications (asset).* Communication and collaboration: excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, positive attitude, strong relationship skills, good tolerance for feedback.* Organization and execution: autonomy, strong organizational skills, time and priority management, ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously; solid project management skills.* Creative and strategic vision: energy, creativity, innovation, and passion.* Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.* Good oral and written communication skills in English (Ontario-based clients).* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.## What we offer* Competitive salary.* 37.5-hour workweek with a flexible schedule.* Hybrid work mode (2 days per week at the office).* Summer schedule.* Paid vacation and sick leave.* Group insurance.* Contribution to a collective RRSP.* Access to a free gym.* Telemedicine and employee assistance program.* Renowned clients and large-scale projects.* Various and modern technologies.* Career advancement opportunities.* Reimbursement of training and development activities.* Events and social activities.* Experienced colleagues and diverse fields of expertise.#J-18808-Ljbffr
