Reporting to the Depot Manager, the Yard Coordinator will be responsible for the efficiency of our Depot in Vaughan. Together with their team, they will ensure that orders are dealt safely, with accuracy and in a timely manner.

**Tasks**:

- Coordinate the implementation of all procedures and processes per Techo-Bloc’s policies and requirements;
- Act as the person responsible on site for any inquiries from customers, internal and external business partners;
- Coordinate the work of the Forklift Operators;
- Ensure that all documentation pertaining to shipments is complete and respects company’s processes;
- Support the Forklift Operators in preparing orders and loading trucks;
- Unload Techo-Bloc transports and place inventory in correct areas of the yard;
- Proceed to inventory counts when requested;
- Keep yard professional, clean and well organized;
- Ensure that workplace is safe and respects all regulations;
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Valid forklift certification (counter balance);
- Experience with a forklift in an outdoor yard environment;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Well organized;
- Ability to work unsupervised;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Experience in inventory counts is an asset;
- Computer literate;

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
