**Our Firm**
Agentis was originally formed in 2009 as a financial advisory firm. Agentis Capital Partners (“ACP”) now operates as the family office of the founding partners of Agentis, which operates through a number of business segments:
- Advisory. Agentis Capital Advisors, Agentis Capital Markets, and Agentis Mining Partners, which are focused on financial advisory and capital markets activities in the mining and infrastructure verticals, where the business overall has advised on more than $30bn of transactions over the last 12 years of operations.
- Private Markets and Asset Management Services. Agentis currently completes venture investments through its Cambium series of funds and is in the process of launching an energy transition co-investment fund. Agentis’ Asset Management Services group provides services for more than $5bn of assets.
- Principal and entrepreneurship. ACP has co-founded a wide variety of businesses as entrepreneurs, and currently manages an extensive range of principal investments, ranging from transformational technology businesses (such as 1QBit, Scrawlr, and many others) to industrial and mixed industrial-technology businesses (such as Bevo, Synthesis, and many others).
ACP seeks both active and passive principal investments, and currently has a portfolio of more than 20 principal investments. The firm has consistently made principal investments every year for the past decade and is consistently recycling principal capital through high-value opportunities.
**Your Contribution**
As an integral member of the principal investments team, you will work directly with the founding partners of Agentis on principal activities and will work with members of the advisory team where Agentis is making an investment in or alongside a client. You will work directly with C-suite executives and board members of Agentis portfolio companies and potential investments.
Your role will include:
- Researching potential investment opportunities; providing research on target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies
- Evaluating investment opportunities and participating in the execution of principal investments
- Developing financial models with a range of complexity for principal transactions
- Assisting in the management of due diligence processes, including managing third-party advisors
- Assisting in developing the strategy, business plan, and objectives of portfolio investments
- Managing and aggregating asset-level reporting for portfolio investments

**Your Background and Skills**
- An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics, computer science or other related fields
- Exceptional academic results (minimum cGPA of 82% or 3.8/4.0)
- Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with mínimal supervision
