Investment Banking Analyst - Power, Utilities & InfrastructureAs an Investment Banking Analyst on the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Investment Banking team at National Bank Capital markets, you play a lead role in supporting the team’s deal execution and pitch activity. You will participate in a wide variety of transactions led by senior members of the team and deepen your knowledge of the investment banking industry.This role provides ample opportunity for career growth, as well as opportunities to collaborate with National Bank’s other Capital Markets business lines to help deepen your capital markets knowledge, including Equity Capital Markets, Credit Capital Markets, and Fixed Income.Your JobEvaluating and analyzing the financial needs of corporate clients, including building complex financial models and performing valuation analysisSupporting deal teams with transaction structuring in addition to executing advisory and financing mandates with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability over timePreparing presentation materials to support our clients’ capital decision makingDrafting marketing materials for transactions, including deal-related investor presentations, prospectuses, and related documentationConducting company and industry research and analysisPerforming various tasks supporting senior team members in their deal execution and client coverage effortsYour TeamCapital Markets is a full-service, fully integrated investment dealer with a strong national presence and international capabilities.
