Investment Analyst

$73,000 - $87,000

Workplace Type:
Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

The Investment Analyst plays a critical role in the analysis of consumer complaints, which is integral to achieving fair and reasonable case resolutions. The Analyst conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses by assessing consumer investments and portfolios and comparing this to a consumer's risk tolerance and investment objectives. If issues are identified, the analyst is responsible for quantifying damages. To assist in their analysis, the analyst will be required to use Bloomberg, Refinitiv and Microsoft Excel. To be successful in this role, Analysts should have advanced financial analysis skills and experience, knowledge of capital markets and investment products, experience using Bloomberg/ Refinitiv, strong command of Microsoft Excel and superior communication skills. Enrollment in the Chartered Financial Analyst program with the completion of level I is required.
