We invite you to join our property management team We are seeking a live-in, full time Superintendent for a 87- unit high rise residential apartment building in Stoney Creek, ON.

Compensation: Salary + ONE Bedroom Unit, Phone & Internet

**General Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Daily cleaning and maintenance of the building and minor suite repairs
- Co-ordination of subcontractor work.
- Ability to work as a team member with property management team
- Assisting with Rent Collection and renting of vacant units.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous superintendent experience preferred
- Handyman skills with basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, plastering, etc.
- Good communication skills for dealing with tenants, and rental inquiries in a professional manner. Strong customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter able to effectively organize to achieve objectives and goals.
- Ability to trouble shoot problems effectively.
