**RESIDENTIAL BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT TEAM OF TWO**

**Hamilton**

We are currently looking for Building Superintendent Teams of Two. In this role, you will both be responsible for property maintenance, mechanical systems, administrative, and cleaning duties.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative duties**:

- Rent collection.
- Leasing, moving in and out. Dealing with resident request for service, coordinating contractors.
- Build positive tenant relations and communications. Respond to tenant questions, concerns, emergencies, and complaints in a timely manner.
- All administrative duties required by management.

**Maintenance Duties**:

- Ensure that the building is clean and presentable.
- Responsible for building maintenance and repairs.
- Perform seasonal work as required such as gardening, snow removal (shoveling and salting).
- Respond to after-hour emergencies.
- Respond to after-hour emergencies.
- Showing of vacant units as required.
- Assist with the move in and move out of tenants.
- Capable to understand building operation and to follow direction given.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong follow up skills and able to deal with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

Excellent problem solving skills, and ability to think on your feet.

Excellent housekeeping skills.

Positive and friendly attitude.

Superintendent Team required in Hamilton: Two bedroom apartment + salary offered.
