**POSITION**:Recruitment and Human Resource Administrative Support Summer Student
**REPORTS TO**: Manager, Talent Acquisition
**DEPARTMENT**: Human Resources
**LOCATION**: North Bay
**REFERENCE**: 800-21-26
**RATE OF PAY**: $17.75 per hour

**MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparing and editing documents (Word, and Excel)
- Scheduling appointments
- Applicant Screening
- Preparing interview packages
- Assist with administrative support
- Support other Human Resources projects as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preference given to students enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program with a focus on administration
- Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong professionalism with the ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be committed to Health and Safety
