Join Our Team as a Maintenance Manager
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping hotels running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at two boutique hotels in Canmore. You’ll lead a skilled team ensuring everything from guest rooms to key amenities (indoor pool, waterslide, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center) is in top shape.
**What You'll Do**:
- Lead and inspire a team of 4, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee maintenance for guest rooms, public spaces, and key systems (boilers, HVAC, plumbing, pools).
- Plan and execute projects that enhance guest experiences.
- Work closely with the GM, Front Office & Housekeeping teams to resolve maintenance requests efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, well-kept environment, including snow removal and seasonal upkeep.
**What You Bring**:
- Previous maintenance management or supervisory experience (hospitality preferred).
- Strong leadership skills to train, coach, and build a high-performing team.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool maintenance (certifications are a plus).
- Great communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
