Reports to: Operations Manager
Department: Projects

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and support a crew of 5-20 employees, ensuring everyone works together safely and efficiently.
- Oversee site operations, including operators, labourers, contractors, and third-party vendors.
- Take ownership of site safety — from hosting daily tailgate meetings to making sure safety standards and compliance requirements are always met.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and deliveries to keep projects on schedule and running smoothly.
- Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and your team to keep everyone aligned.

**Who You Are**
- You bring at least 5 years of industry experience, or you’ve built strong skills that show you’re ready for the role.
- You’re mechanically inclined and eager to keep learning on the job.
- You understand the responsibilities that come with supervising a crew, including staying aligned with provincial safety laws and regulations.
- Must have exceptional verbal communication skills, able to give and receive verbal information and direction in a fast-paced environment.

**What You Need**
- Strong supervisory and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to guide crews and keep projects moving smoothly.
- Experience leading and organizing subcontractors and multiple work crews on complex sites.
- Solid communication skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants, while resolving issues diplomatically.
- Ability to plan and schedule work in an organized and efficient way.
- A strong work ethic with the perseverance to handle tough weather, challenging sites, and long days when needed.
- Willingness to travel and spend extended periods working away from home, moving from project to project.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
