Leduc, Canada Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton International Airport Full time

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and empowered **Housekeeping Supervisor,**to join our team at the **Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton International Airport** team in Leduc.
- Understand the importance of Leading, Developing and Empowering a strong team.
- Wash doors, windows, walls of public areas and guest rooms.
- Clean guestrooms: making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Clean bathrooms: cleaning all surfaces, sinks, taps, vanities, mirrors, tubs, showers and walls and toilets.
- Ensure that public areas and back of house areas meet hotel standards of cleanliness to assure guest satisfaction.
- Respond to guest requests, concerns and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keep work area stocked, organized and clean.
- Ensure work areas and equipment are always kept functional and in order. Report all deficiencies.
- Handle and report lost and found items.
- Maintaining the Laundry room, washing, drying, folding laundry
- Perform room inspections
- Tend to the needs and requests of the Housekeeping team members with the leadership of the Executive Housekeeper and Management Team
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper,

- Proven Leadership/Coaching Skills

- Possess an eye for the smallest detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management.
- Must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Adhere to Hampton Brand Standards
- Create an exceptional experience for all hotel guests
- Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure proper training and development of all team members

**Physical Demands**:

- Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling
- Bending, standing, reaching, and kneeling for long periods of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
