Our food & beverage outlets—including **Jonathan’s Lounge, O’Brian’s Restaurant, and Banquets & Catering**—are key to our success, and we’re looking for a **Food & Beverage Supervisor** to help lead our team to the next level.

**The Role**:
As **Food & Beverage Supervisor**, you’ll take an active role in daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and team engagement across our **restaurant, lounge, and banquet spaces**. From leading service on the floor to handling guest concerns, managing inventory, and supporting special events, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Coaching** - Supervise, train, and support front-line staff in delivering top-tier service.
- **Service Oversight** - Ensure smooth operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurant, lounge, and banquet setups.
- **Guest Experience** - Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and create memorable dining experiences.
- **Hands-On Support** - Jump in as needed—serving, bartending, expediting, hosting, or setting up for banquets.
- **Food & Beverage Quality Control** - Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency and high standards.
- **Inventory & Cost Management** - Assist with ordering, stock control, and waste reduction.
- **Event & Promotions Execution** - Support the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
- **Duty Management** - Act as Manager on Duty when required, ensuring safety, security, and guest satisfaction.

**What You Bring**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in a supervisory role within a restaurant, pub, lounge, or banquet setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a **hands-on approach** to coaching and problem-solving.
- Experience in food and beverage service, including bartending, serving, and banquet operations.
- **PROSERVE, PRO-TECT, and REEL FACTS certifications** (or willingness to obtain).
- A **flexible schedule** with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Permanent residency or Canadian citizenship required.

**Location**: Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites, Leduc, AB
**Full-time, permanent** | **5 shifts/week, including evenings & weekends**
Typical shifts**:11 AM - 8 PM or 5 PM - 1 AM**
