Details by Lady T is a growing home services company specializing in residential cleaning, auto detailing, organizing, décor, and professional services. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Hybrid Admin Assistant** to support our office operations while also helping us shine on social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day office and administrative duties
- Create and post engaging content on **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**:
- Support with scheduling and client communications
- Assist in organizing files, documents, and workflow systems
- Occasionally work from our Coquitlam office and remotely from home
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**:
- Quick learner with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with any of the following is a **major plus**:
- Square
- Mailchimp
- Canva
- ChatGPT
- Comfortable working independently and in-office when needed
- Own computer preferred
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills is a must
