**We are looking for Crew Leaders for our Concrete Cutters and we are willing to train**

A little bit about uswe have been servicing Southwestern Ontario’s concrete cutting and coring needs for over 20 years. We tailor to the commercial, residential and agriculture markets offering a wide range of services including Hydraulic & Electric wall sawing, Electric & Gas floor sawing, Curb Cutting (including removal). Core drilling up to 24”, Concrete Scanning and Barn Grooving.

**Role Summary**:
As a RDK Concrete Cutting and Coring Crew Leader, you will undertake initiatives to deliver the highest quality leadership in order to represent the company and its staff, always following and demonstrating RDK Concrete Cutting and Coring, Core values of Family, Love, Humour, Quality, Productivity, Honesty/Integrity.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Must be responsible for and able to take the initiative of mentoring and training crew members
- Responsible for reporting any and all mishaps immediately to either the President and/ or the Foreman, completing all necessary forms promptly
- Ensure all crew members always work in a safe manner
- Must be able to obtain Police and Security clearances for various jobs.
- Must hold a valid Class G License in good standing
- Must be willing to take and follow instructions as well as delegating responsibilities to your crew in a positive manner
- Be thoroughly trained to use all equipment and possess the ability to pass this knowledge onto more junior employees in a positive and safe manner allowing them to grow in the company
- Participate in developing training plans for more junior employees, ensuring they are properly trained and can demonstrate this to others
- Ensure that all employees are trained on the proper completion of the paperwork required, using the related computer programs of SiteDocs and Samsara, including but not limited to the daily completion of JSA’s, Equipment Checks, Vehicle Checks, completing and submitting Time Sheets on time to ensure correct payment of wages, Work Orders to ensure customers are billed correctly, submit all receipts for credit card expenses daily, and how to review and sign off on Safety Talks promptly.

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction is essential
- Experience supervising small crews
- Love working outdoors - in all of the seasons
- A team player - we want someone who likes working in a team environment
- Enjoys working hard and having fun while doing it
- Able to drive to and from the job site in a company vehicle (valid Ontario G license in good standing)
- The legal ability to work in Canada
- Must be able to obtain Police and Security clearances for various jobs.

- Monday to Friday hours, no weekends.
- Benefits after successful completion of 3 months working probation
- Good pay rate, with regular increases based on performance
- Overtime paid after 44 hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
