Foreman

Our Cambridge based company specializes in polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems. We are looking to keep up with demand by adding an experienced Foreman to our team. We are a unionized company. We take pride in providing a secure work environment. We offer steady hours with plenty of opportunities for overtime year round. We want to see our personnel succeed and are committed to providing the tools and resources necessary to support our staff in achieving their career goals.

**What you can expect**:
All field personnel report to the jobsite each shift. Typically shifts start at 7AM but open availability for afternoon, evening, weekend, and periodic out of town work is required.

**What we're looking for**:
Experience managing crews of up to 6 team members and be well versed in the construction industry. A valid G driver's license is required.

We value reliability, drive, & dedication, the following training / experience is required.
- 5 years work experience as a Polish Concrete Specialist
- Familiar with hands on work with tools & / or heavy equipment
- WHMIS Certification
- MOL Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness in 5 Steps
- Working at Heights
- Basics of Supervising

**Salary**: $39.75-$48.11 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
