Qontact Immigration Inc. is a growing immigration consultancy based in Mississauga, helping international students, workers, and families navigate Canada’s complex immigration pathways. We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused **Immigration Case Worker + Office Administrator** to join our team. This hybrid role requires someone who can manage immigration case files while also supporting the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

**Immigration Case Work**
- Assist RCICs with client file preparation, documentation, and submissions.
- Conduct initial file reviews and ensure all required forms and supporting documents are collected.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in line with CICC compliance standards.
- Draft basic correspondence and assist with case tracking (submission deadlines, follow-ups, etc.).

**Office Administration**
- Manage daily office operations including reception, scheduling, and coordinating appointments.
- Answer client inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate consultant or department.
- Support with billing, payment tracking, and general office record-keeping.
- Assist in coordinating team meetings, preparing reports, and supporting marketing/CRM tasks when needed.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in immigration case work, legal support, or office administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM/document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes (study permits, work permits, PR, PNPs, etc.) is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
