Manage and Coordinate with the client to request information and documents, fill out different kinds of immigration-related forms, database management and prepare supporting documents based on IRCC standards.
- Providing advice and information to companies and employees on Canadian immigration changes, regulations, and employer compliance. Help clients mitigate immigration risks.
- 3+ years of Canadian immigration experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Well-versed Work Permits, Express Entry, various types of PR and TRVs, LMIA, PNPs and other categories.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Multitasking, organization, and adaptability across a variety of priorities are essential.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving with limited supervision.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proven track record of managing multiple cases at once.
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Precise attention to detail.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including, but not limited to, transferred cases, appeals, denials, request for evidence and the ability to communicate recommendations for improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others and to operate as a team player.
- A strong desire to learn and excel in a dynamic, growing field.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
