**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:

- Identifying hiring needs, developing job descriptions, posting vacancies on Indeed/LinkedIn/University portals/Social Media Platforms
- Arranging pre-employment checks such as driver’s abstract and criminal background checks
- Maintaining compliance with federal and provincial regulations concerning employment
- Reporting on recruitment statistics including, but not limited to, open headcount, start dates, source, time to fill etc.

**Job Requirements**
- Bilingual
- French and English preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field and 2+ Years of recruiting experience
- Some knowledge and expertise in HR procedures and Employment Law
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and enhanced organization skills
- Significant knowledge of the hiring process
- A strong understanding of best practices and current regulations specific to HR
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters

**Salary**: Up to $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Clean Criminal Record (required)
