**McMan is hiring a Program Manager for our Drug Treatment Court Program based in Lethbridge.**

**About the position**:
Under the supervision of the Director of Services the Programs Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating all general aspects of the program. They will ensure that goals and objectives of the program are met and that the program is maintained and developed in line with its contract, as well as within the philosophy of McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30; however, flexibility will be required to meet program needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the overall management of the Lethbridge Drug Treatment Court Program.
- Responsible for oversight and supervision of the program’s Treatment Team and case management.
- Work closely and collaboratively with multidisciplinary team partners including Justices, legal representatives, police and probation officers, and peer mentors, as well as other stakeholders.
- Lead the Treatment Team to provide program supports designed to reduce substance use, crime, and recidivism.
- Ensure an effective local presence for McMan with funding bodies, participants, and the community.
- Be a part of the On-Call rotation for McMan.
- Be flexible to respond to program needs and after-hours crisis issues.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Degree or Diploma in Criminal Justice or related field; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum three years of supervisory and case management experience.
- Strong knowledge of addictions, mental health, and the criminal justice system.
- Strong knowledge of community resources.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in the areas of justice, addictions, mental health, and social assistance.
- Strong leadership, communication and administrative skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism within all aspects of employment, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Microsoft Office abilities (SharePoint, One Drive, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Current Standard First Aid CPR Level C Certificate or CSA Standard Z1210-17 Intermediate First Aid Certificate
- Clear Child Intervention Record Check, dated within the past six months
- Clear Police Information Check with vulnerable sector, dated within past 90 days.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, 3-year non-commercial Driver’s Abstract, and use of reliable vehicle with $2M Third Party Liability insurance.
