TechWyse Internet Marketing is an industry leader in both internet marketing and conversion-friendly website development - located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

**DESCRIPTION**

The SEO Manager’s primary goal will be to drive relevant organic traffic to our brand as well as all our clients’ websites by collaborating with our local as well as international SEO team.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 4+ years of experience with all aspects of SEO (on-page, off-page, localization, digital PR, etc.) in an agency setup is essential.
- Experience managing SEO for small and medium sized businesses in North America.
- Advanced understanding of search engine algorithms and web analytics.
- Ability to go deep, spot issues related to SEO, and come up with solutions.
- Ability to fix SOPs and build new ones as and when needed.
- Ability to explain complicated SEO issues to a non-technical audience so they can understand the problem and proposed solutions.
- Ability to develop strategies for growing organic traffic to websites that may have plateaued over time.
- Ability to strategically advise a distributed (local/international) SEO team working remotely.
- Ability to easily build relationships with individuals to align efforts across multiple departments (content, web, PPC, etc).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and establish strong decision-making principles to meet business objectives.
- Ability to support account managers and sales teams by getting on client calls and providing some pre-sales support as and when needed.
- Deep understanding and experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Experienced with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, WebCEO, etc.
- Experience using work/project management systems such as TeamWork or Adobe WorkFront.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CMS’s.
- Fully aware of ongoing changes in the SEO space and ability to quickly adapt to changes
- Experience with Google My Business (GMB) implementations
- Knowledge of local listing services and platforms that extend the reach of SMB and franchises
- Detailed participation in client and staff meetings
- Native level proficiency with spoken and written English
- Detail oriented and highly process-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Expertise in Google sheets
- Experience writing long form / pillar content interspersed with lead hooks at the TOFU, MOFU and BOFU levels
- Hands on experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Visio, MS Office and Google Apps
- Experience in Project Management.
- Strong presence in video presentations.

TechWyse has locations in both Canada (management) and India (production). The ability to manage the SEO process at the international location will in large part determine your ability to excel at this position. We are looking for out of the box thinkers that enjoy working with people. Some light travel to visit team members is possible with this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
