- Minimum 2 years of iron working experience with hands-on experience in erecting pre-engineered, structural and misc steel
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
- Good with heights and sense of balance

- Rigging and connecting experience
- Ability to operate scissor, boom, and forklifts
- Reliable transportation and valid BC Driver's license
