As a **Seasona**l**Retail Sales Associate**, you'll be the face of our mission, helping every guest feel welcome, inspired, and ready to explore the outdoors with confidence.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- ** Deliver exceptional customer experiences**using our GUIDE program to help guests find the right gear, feel at home in nature, and connect with our sustainability mission
- **Drive sales and conversions** by asking great questions, sharing your product knowledge, and helping guests make confident purchase decisions
- **Support day-to-day operations** like restocking, cash handling, and keeping the sales floor clean and inviting
- **Collaborate with your team**to create a supportive, welcoming work environment that reflects Fjallraven's values
- **Participate in local events** and community activations that strengthen brand presence and guest loyalty
- **Stay curious and informed**: participate in training, learn about new arrivals, and keep up with our sustainability initiatives like the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise

- A track record of delivering great customer service and connecting with people of all backgrounds
- A passion for sustainability and the outdoors
- Dependability and a proactive approach to work
- Willingness to learn point-of-sale systems and retail operations
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, values-driven team
- _Preferred, but not required: _Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a fast-paced guest-facing role
