**Role Overview**

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at RockHead Beer Wine and Spirits, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service

**Job Type**
- Seasonal employment, with possibility of extension. Term to run from hire date until **Sunday January 04, 2026.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect products.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Verify customer age to comply with legal drinking age requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
- Complete sales reports and necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate with team members and support store operations.

**Working Environment**

A lively retail store environment with a steady flow of customers.

**What We Offer**
- Competitive compensation starting at $15.50/hour based on experience and background.
- Staff discount of 20% at our liquor stores.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Prior retail or customer service experience; wine, beer, and spirit knowledge is a plus.
- Flexible availability to support day, evening and weekend shifts for the months of November, December with a possibility of extension.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Capable of lifting up to 20kg (50lbs).
- Strong team player with an excellent work ethic and dedication.
