**Risk & Compliance Clerk (Permanent, Full Time)**

**The Opportunity?**

The Risk & Compliance Clerks assist our Risk & Compliance Manager with Sudbury Credit Union’s overall risk management practices, which includes adherence to the risk management policies and procedures, internal controls, money laundering legislation, privacy legislation and overall regulatory compliance.

**What will you do?**

As a Risk & Compliance Clerk, you would be involved in fraud prevention and investigations, auditing internal files and member information, monitoring branch staff to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures, and assisting to maintain our Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing program. You would also provide staff with information and guidance on matters relating to AML, privacy and fraud.

**What will you need to succeed?**

**Nice to have?**

A background in compliance in a financial services setting and/or formal compliance qualifications would be ideal, but not essential.
