Go Powersports Limited is an award winning dealership with multiple locations. We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our growth.

While the location of our headquarters is in the valley, we do have other locations throughout NS and some employees who work remotely. We are flexible with respect to location.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Administer employee benefits; be the contact point for the employee and the insurer
- Maintain employees' records
- Administer the performance management program
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Manage orientations and update records of new staff
- Engage with the community (high schools, post-secondary, etc) to raise the profile of Go Powersports as an employer
- Ensure the Employee Handbook is kept up to date and is compliant with current best practices and legislation
- Ensure the dealership is in compliance with health and safety, and other regulations
- Support other assigned functions and assist with ad-hoc HR projects
- Be a Subject Matter Expert in Predictive Index and/or other tools that GPL employs as part of its assessment tool kit
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
- 1-3 years experience working in Human Resources
- Graduation from a recognized Human Resources certificate program would be considered an asset
- Strong Communication skills
- Familiarity with the Google platform including Docs, Slides, and Sheets

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
