Go Powersports Limited is growing and requires a driven individual to fill the role of **Logistics Coordinator **with their Kentville teamThe **Logistics Coordinators **is responsible for managing the driving schedule for daily and weekly intercompany transportations, delivery of units to customers, and will be responsible for completing deliveries in a friendly and safe manner. The Logistics Coordinator will report to the General Manager

**Logistic Coordinator Responsibilities**:
- Providing world-class customer service with our clients and vendors
- Work as a Liaison between the sales department, service department ,parts department and customer to successfully coordinate the delivery of units in a friendly, and timely manner
- Maintain daily communication with drivers and clients
- Manage and provide support to direct reports
- Manage and schedule incoming deliveries from our supplier including scheduling equipment that may be required for deliveries (ie. Cranes for boats)
- Assign drivers to deliveries and pickups and ensure trucks are loaded according to the direction of route.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly delivery and intercompany transportations schedules
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written communication with all vendors, customers, and internal resources
- Communicates delays/issues proactively and provides updates to sales staff and customers for any shipment issues or delays
- Fulfill and maintain compliance and regulatory requirements for delivery vehicles
- The timely & safe loading and delivery/pick-up of new & used customer units for Service/Sales
- Delivery/pick-up of parts & accessories for Go Powersports Limited to customers and suppliers as well as moving GPL wares between our two locations in Kentville & Yarmouth.
- Responsible for managing the maintenance of the companies fleet
- Performs the work safely according to applicable codes, standards and to GO Powersports Limited’s health and safety program.
- Other duties as required
**Logistic Coordinator Requirements**
- Experience with Dispatching or similar role is a preferred asset
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean drivers abstract
- Forklift experience is considered a valuable asset
- Excellent verbal, written, and interdepartmental communication skills
- Must have impeccable organizational & time management capabilities

We are the only authorized dealer in Western Nova Scotia for BRP and CFMoto. We sell CanAm off-road & on-road vehicles, SkiDoo snowmobiles and SeaDoo personal water craft and pontoon boats. We also sell and service Manitou and Alumacraft boats, Mercury outboard engines, and Sealver wave boats. We are Nova Scotia’s only Piaggio and Vespa scooter dealers.
