Smitty's Family Restaurants is looking for qualified line cooks to join their team at our Sherwood Park location.

Qualifications:

- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year commercial line cooking experience required
- Food Safe 1 & 2

Duties will include:

- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Ensure Smitty's recipes are followed at all times
- Ensure great presentation by garnishing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Ensure Capital Health standards are maintained in all areas continuously
- Availability to work Mornings, Evenings and Weekends
- Line cook / prep / dishes are all required by the cooks on each shift
- Ability to work alone efficiently
- Self Managed
- Hard working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-44 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
