About Us:
We are a provider of property maintenance specializing in commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects and general contracting. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations/Project Manager to lead and manage our diverse portfolio of projects.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple commercial, industrial, and multi-residential property maintenance and general contracting projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and supervise subtrades and in-house crews, ensuring all work meets company quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and projects.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for property maintenance and general contracting projects.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine project scope, requirements, and feasibility.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, permits, and company policies.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure project profitability.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in general construction and property maintenance for commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects.
- Proven experience in managing multiple subtrades and coordinating crews on diverse projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain schedules and budgets.
- Strong estimating and quoting skills for property maintenance and general contracting projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Valid G Class driver’s license.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
