**Business Description**:
Established in 1989, Peak Realty Ltd. is one of the largest real estate companies in Kitchener-Waterloo, and has grown to 5 branch offices in Ontario. Peak combines positive morals and ethics, with attracting the right agents.

A friendly real estate office requires a full-time front desk team member who can welcome visitors to the business and oversee the administrative front desk duties

**Duties Would Include**:

- Answering phones and accurately relaying messages
- Greeting clients and agents
- Following up with agents about outstanding documents
- Receiving deposits and issuing receipts
- Preparation of office correspondences
- Processing of listing paperwork using our paperless software
- Preparing offers, and other real estate related documentation
- Preparation of marketing material using Canva
- Managing office supplies
- General administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements are as Following**:

- You must have exceptional organizational and customer service/people skills.
- Exceptional phone manners
- Basic Computer skills
- Reliable and responsible
- Willingness to learn
- Works well in a team environment
- Team player with a positive attitude

**Qualifications**:

- High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work productively independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player that works well under pressure and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A post-secondary education or related working experience preferred
- Experience with Lone Wolf or Webforms, Transaction Desk & Authentisign would be a benefit.
- Experience using Marketing Tools such as; Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Zoom would be a benefit
- A friendly and positive attitude is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
