**Summary**

As a Heavy Haul Driver at Continental Cartage., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional freight services across North America. This position is essential to our mission of providing outstanding truckload and logistics services while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate commercial vehicles safely over long distances to transport goods across North America.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial regulations regarding transportation.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Heavy Haul driver or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of freight regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is an asset but not mandatory.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience operating multiple trailer configurations 6-12 axle combinations
