**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Assist in upselling services or products that align with client interests.
- Maintain accurate data entry of client information in our systems.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Provide multilingual support as needed, particularly for Spanish-speaking clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in data entry and management systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially in Spanish.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and make informed decisions based on client feedback.
- A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration is essential.
