**The Position**

The Commercialization Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers, and to provide administrative support in the Sales & Commercialization process

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide ongoing administrative support for sales department (for new & existing business) including new product listings, customer documentation requests and internal project document preparation
- Pulling & compiling required reports and Bills of Materials (BOM’s) to support pricing reviews
- Support Account Managers at time of new product approval; act as liaison between customer and commercial team to gather outstanding setup details such as, but not limited to: customer account set up, customer preference forms, new vendor forms, custom product requirements, other commercial inquiries
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D & Packaging teams to understand requirements of new products to ensure they meet commercial and packaging standards (support with new packaging inquires & trials)
- Coordinate & communicate with R&D & procurement at time of product approval to ensure that all necessary ingredients and packaging materials are available when needed ahead of production
- Support the commercial team in all aspects of new product launches, including transition support from R&D to commercial production
- Other project management and co-ordination in support of the Sales & Marketing Departments.
- follow up for new orders, customer complaints, custom artwork management, price notice communication (customers & distributors), etc.
- Deliver professional and courteous account management to all clients and customers.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
