**Location: 140 Amber St., Unit 10, Markham**

**Position Description: 1 full time / customer service associate**

Summary:

- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and the brand
- Product inventory and development.
- Maintains a calm performance during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep kitchen operating to standard.
- Develops positive relationships with the team.
- Follows the standard operational procedures, including food handling, safety and security.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Prepare daily orders, ensures the store is stocked with appropriate levels of products and all online or in store pre-orders/ same day orders are being picked up or taken care of properly.
- Manage daily online orders as well as in store orders, ensure all customers requests are met
- The position will sent 50% of the time in retail and 50% in the office

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 3J8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
