**Reno LED Lighting INC is a leading manufacturer in LED lighting in Ontario. We supply LED fixtures and lamps to leading suppliers across Canada. We're now hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help us keep growing.**

**As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will demonstrate excellent customer services and professionalism during in store and follow up with customers. You will seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers.**

**Customer Service Representative responsibilities include**:

- **Understanding customer needs and requirements**
- **Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure**
- **Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day**
- **Excellent verbal and written communications skills**
- **Strong listening and presentation skills**
- **Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively**

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Extended health care

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

All customers and employees are required to wear masks and hand sanitizer is provided for each office
