**The Opportunity**

SunMETA Group has an opportunity for a Marketing Associate responsible for Digital Advertising and Lead Generation. The role includes digital marketing expertise and execution, data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.

The Marketing Associate role includes keyword research, setup of digital ads campaigns (including the TikTok, Facebook/IG Ad platforms, regular optimizations, Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting, critical thinking, writing, communicating with others, organization, and feedback. The outputs include successful, results-driven digital marketing campaigns executed on Meta and TikTok platforms.

This is an exciting role for Digital Marketing professionals with responsibilities for managing significant marketing spends and overseeing numerous projects.

**Key responsibilities**

Reporting to the Lead Generation Manager.
- Upload and schedule Facebook and Instagram ad creatives using Meta Ads Manager.
- Updating and monitoring Google my business and Microsoft my business
- Upload and schedule TikTok ad creatives using TikTok Ads Manager.
- Implement audience targeting, budgets, and schedules as outlined by the media buying team.
- Monitor active campaigns, flagging performance issues or inconsistencies.
- Track and compile performance data, reporting on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPV, CPA and ROAS.
- Maintain detailed campaign documentation and assist in performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies are executed as planned.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of experience working with Meta and TikTok Ads Manager or in a paid social media role.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and reporting.
- Experience and proficiency in creating original content; and being able to build a successful digital marketing campaign from scratch.
- Experience working with Canva or Photoshop.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience working with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
- Verbal communication: Succinct and professional
- Technology savvy: Ability to keep up to date in an ever-changing digital landscape.
- You’re an analytical thinker. Someone who is task-oriented, driven by curiosity, and learns constantly. You love to dig through data, extrapolate insights and opportunities, and generate reports and slide decks.
- You hold up-to-date Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads certifications.
- You are capable of translating digital marketing jargon into plain-speak for a business audience, using your strong written and verbal communication skills to capture the nuances of marketing and consumer language.

Pay: $42,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
