Are you a reliable, organized, and friendly person who enjoy supporting a fun and busy household? If so, we are looking for you

We are a professional couple with children between the ages of 10 and 15 looking for help with managing our home and personal affairs. We are looking for a full-time home manager/personal assistant (flexible on title) who can handle the following tasks:

- Running errands such as grocery shopping. dry cleaning, post off dropoff/pickup.
- Picking up the children from school and driving them to their after school activities (either with our or yours with mileage per km)
- Scheduling appointments, meals, booking travel, and handling other administrative tasks
- Preparing basic meals for the family (nothing fancy) with our guidance at first
- Managing housekeeper and maintaining home in her absence
- Being flexible and adaptable
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use a calendaring app (ie Outlook)
- Post secondary education
- A positive and proactive attitude
