**What you would work on**:

- Communications_
- Maintaining accurate information flow within Rumor Avenue’s team and CEO
- Managing the CEOs calendar: scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Organizing corporate and personal events when required
- Communicating with external vendors: screen, direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

- Helping develop staff and vendor retention plans; aka happiness officer
- Researching special projects
- Help with experiments; we love out-of-the-box thinking
- **Logistical work**_
- Reporting budgets and streamlining accounting work
- Managing travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the CEO
- Manage reservations, orders, and other tasks
- **Personal work**_
- Drive to and from work and personal events
- Run household and personal errands on behalf of the CEO
- Help order products and services for the household
- Other projects/duties that may be assigned from time-to-time

**You must have**:

- Ability to be really flexible with work hours.
- Ability to dedicate at least 30 hours/week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $54,143.00 per year
