**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage the preparation of baked goods like different variety of cookies, etc.
- Supervise, schedule, and train bakery staff.
- Plan daily production to meet order volume and freshness standards.
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage the packaging of baked goods for distribution.
- Maintain SQF standards and conduct proper cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery and equipment.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Communicate production updates and needs to management

**Skills**
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial bakery or food production setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation standards.
- Comfortable with lifting heavy weight up to 60 pounds.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operation of POS systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
