Responsibilities include floor management, elevating service standards while optimizing labor costs, scheduling, hiring, performance management, fostering positive guest interactions, coordinating events, and overseeing team communication. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for hospitality and a knack for operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training front of house staff
