**Business Analyst/TLM Configurer**

- Expertise on TLM Recs Premium 2.x/3.x (Smart Studio, Web Connect /TLM View, MI)
- Has worked on TLM Recs Premium components and sub-components Static, Match rules, passes, passlists, initiations, workflows, exception management, dashboards/views.
- Has worked in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and had worked on building end to end reconciliations.
- Work with the business to identify, assess, and document business requirements into Business Requirements Documents, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs.
- Produce Functional Requirement Specifications detailing the recommended TLM solutions.
- Understanding of capital markets, and of operational processes, market practices and regulatory requirements.
- Review current cash reconciliation processes and data inputs. Analyze and implement opportunities for automation.
- Take ownership and ensure data is available to users in timely manner.
- Work closely with business partners to identify, test and deploy match rules on regular basis.
- Fundamental understanding of SWIFT categories and messages.
- Work closely with various teams on ISO 20022 related deployments.
- Assist with data clean-up to ensure data integrity and mitigate the frequency of data errors.
- Able to gather and analyze data from various sources to support decision making process.
- Able to BI tools to present findings to various stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Ensures all processes and rules are documented in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Assist in ad-hoc production issues and performs other duties as required.
- Comfortable in working with large datasets.
- Previous experience in agile projects is an asset.
